1.1. Eurosim Travel is engaged in the sale of international SIM cards and related top-up services. The company is not a mobile network operator, does not provide telecommunications services and does not have the technical capability to receive, store or otherwise process data related to the use of a SIM card. The processing of information on voice calls, SMS, internet traffic, device location and other parameters of telecommunications traffic is carried out exclusively by the telecom operator providing the service to the end user. Eurosim Travel does not receive, store or process such information.

2. Personal Data We Process
2.1. The company processes personal data strictly to the extent necessary for processing and fulfilling the customer’s order, executing payment, arranging delivery of the purchased goods and providing the paid service. When placing an order, the customer provides identification and contact details, including name, delivery address (where applicable), email address, telephone number and other information necessary for performing the above operations. When topping up the balance of a SIM card, the data required to process the transaction are processed, including the SIM or ICCID number, the email address for sending confirmation and payment details.
2.2. When visiting the website, technical data may be collected automatically, including IP address, browser parameters, type of device used and cookies. This data is used to ensure the proper functioning of the website, to improve its stability and to enhance the user experience. In addition, where a customer contacts customer support, personal data contained in such communication is processed.

4. Information Related to SIM Cards and the Role of the Telecom Operator
4.1. Eurosim Travel does not process data related to the actual use of a SIM card. Data concerning telecommunications connections, including information on calls made, volumes of internet traffic, messages sent and the location of the SIM card, are processed exclusively by the telecom operator in accordance with its internal policies and applicable legislation.
4.2. In certain cases, the telecom operator may provide Eurosim Travel with limited technical information necessary for the performance of obligations towards the customer, including data on the status of the SIM card, available balance and the technical possibility of performing a top-up. The transfer of such data is carried out strictly within the framework of contractual relations between Eurosim Travel and the telecom operator and does not include telecommunications metadata or other information relating to user traffic.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
5.1. The transfer of personal data is permitted solely where necessary for the provision of Eurosim Travel’s services. In such cases, data may be transferred to organisations providing order delivery, payment processing, hosting services, customer support systems or technical infrastructure. All recipients of personal data are obliged to comply with GDPR requirements and to ensure a level of data protection comparable to the level established by Eurosim Travel.
5.2. The transfer of personal data to public authorities is carried out only on the basis of lawful requests, including final court decisions, requests from regulatory authorities or other procedures provided for by law.
