1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern access to the website https://eurosim.travel (hereinafter — the “Website”), the purchase of goods and services offered by Eurosim Travel, as well as the use of the services provided.
1.2. The Website is owned and administered by EUROSIM TRAVEL OÜ, registered in Estonia. By using the Website, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
1.3. Eurosim Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version is always published on the Website.
2. Legal Status of Services
2.1. Eurosim Travel sells international SIM cards, mobile service packages and top-up services.
2.2. Eurosim Travel is not a mobile network operator, does not provide telecommunications services and is not responsible for the quality of service, network coverage, data transmission speed, tariffs or any malfunctions on the part of telecommunications operators.
2.3. All telecommunications services are provided exclusively by the respective mobile network operator.
2.4. To ensure the proper functioning of the SIM card and to maintain accurate account management, Eurosim Travel reserves the right to deactivate any SIM card that has shown no activity for an extended period of time. Lack of activity includes the absence of balance top-ups, outgoing or incoming calls, SMS, mobile data usage, or any other actions indicating actual use of the SIM card. After a continuous period of 6 months of inactivity, the SIM card may be deemed unused and subsequently deactivated.
Eurosim Travel is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the deactivation of inactive SIM cards, including the loss of the phone number, remaining balance, associated services, or the technical impossibility of restoring the SIM card thereafter, unless otherwise expressly provided by the current service policy.
3. Lawful Use of Services
3.1. The user agrees to use purchased SIM cards, credit balance and any related services strictly in accordance with the law, including the laws of the country in which the SIM card is used. The user is solely responsible for complying with the legislation of the jurisdiction where the SIM card is being used.
3.2. The use of SIM cards and related services for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, any form of fraud or attempts to gain unauthorized access to services, violations of telecommunications regulations including anti-fraud requirements, spamming, phishing, the use of SIM cards in equipment such as repeaters, GSM gateways or SIM boxes, applying configurations that violate operator requirements, as well as any interference with network operations, modification of SIM cards or attempts to alter their technical parameters.
3.3. If unlawful or prohibited activity is detected, Eurosim Travel may take necessary measures, including suspension of service provision, refusal of further service, blocking of a SIM card upon the operator’s request, and providing information to the mobile operator or competent authorities.
3.4. Eurosim Travel bears no responsibility for actions performed by third parties who gain access to the user’s SIM card, credit balance or equipment, regardless of how such access was obtained. The user is fully responsible for safeguarding the SIM card and controlling its use.
4. Use of the Website
4.1. The user agrees not to use the Website to publish harmful, illegal, inaccurate or misleading information.
4.2. The user agrees to refrain from any actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Website, threaten the integrity of its systems, or lead to unauthorized access to databases, accounts or other infrastructure elements. The user also agrees not to use automated tools for data collection, including scraping tools or bots, unless explicitly permitted by the administration of Eurosim Travel.
4.3. Eurosim Travel is not responsible for failures, interruptions or unavailability of the Website caused by technical issues, third-party actions or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
5. Information on the Website
5.1. Information on the Website is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified or supplemented without notice.
5.2. Eurosim Travel takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of information; however, it does not guarantee the absence of errors, inaccuracies or outdated data.
5.3. Eurosim Travel is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Website.
5.4. The Website may contain links to third-party resources. Eurosim Travel does not control such resources and is not responsible for their content, security policies, administrator actions or any damage arising from their use. Users access external links at their own risk.
5.5. Information regarding tariffs, coverage areas, data transmission speeds or other characteristics of mobile operators’ services is provided for informational purposes only. Eurosim Travel is not responsible for changes made by operators or for discrepancies between actual service parameters and descriptions provided on the Website.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All materials published on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, descriptions, design elements, page structure and programming code, are intellectual property and are protected under applicable law.
6.2. The user may reproduce materials from the Website solely for personal informational purposes and only if all copyright notices and protected markings are preserved.
6.3. The user is prohibited from using Website materials for commercial purposes, modifying their content or structure without prior consent of Eurosim Travel, or using trademarks, trade names or other distinctive elements of Eurosim Travel without authorization.
6.4. Materials posted by users on the Website (comments, reviews, messages) are not considered confidential. By posting such materials, the user grants Eurosim Travel a non-exclusive right to use them for the operation and improvement of the Website. Eurosim Travel may delete such content at its discretion.
7. Orders and Payments
7.1. By placing an order on the Website, the user confirms that they provide accurate information and have the legal right to make such a purchase.
7.2. Payments are processed through certified third-party payment providers. Eurosim Travel does not store or process bank card data.
7.3. A payment is considered successfully completed once a confirmation of the transaction is received from the payment provider. Until such confirmation is received, the funds are not deemed credited.
7.4. Funds are credited to the SIM card balance automatically within a few minutes after the payment provider confirms the transaction. In certain cases, delays may occur due to the operation of payment systems or mobile operators.
7.5. Top-up payments for SIM card balance are final and non-refundable. The service is considered delivered once the funds are credited to the SIM card balance.
7.6. The user agrees to use only lawful payment methods and bank cards issued in their name. Eurosim Travel reserves the right to request identity verification for fraud-prevention purposes and may suspend order processing until verification is completed.
7.7. All payments on the Website are processed in euros (EUR). If the user’s bank card is issued in another currency, the conversion rate of the issuing bank applies.
7.8. All applicable payment processing fees are included in the final amount displayed at checkout. No additional fees are charged by Eurosim Travel.
7.9. Eurosim Travel is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by banks, payment processors, or other third-party systems beyond its control.
7.10. After a successful payment, the user receives a confirmation of the transaction via email or through the Website interface.
7.11. If an order cannot be fulfilled, Eurosim Travel may cancel the order and refund the payment.
8. Delivery and Service Fulfilment
8.1. Delivery times for SIM cards are indicated on the Website and may vary depending on the country and chosen delivery method.
8.2. Eurosim Travel is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs authorities or force majeure circumstances.
8.3. SIM top-up is processed automatically after payment confirmation. In certain cases, the mobile operator may delay activation due to technical factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Eurosim Travel is not liable for failures or poor quality of mobile services, actions or inactions of mobile operators, loss of data or damage resulting from improper use of a SIM card, or consequences of any unlawful or prohibited use of services. Furthermore, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential or other types of damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use services or products purchased from Eurosim Travel.
9.2. The total liability of Eurosim Travel to the user is limited to 100 EUR, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
10. Warranties
10.1. All services and materials are provided on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, absence of errors, or compliance with user expectations. This disclaimer includes the exclusion of any implied warranties provided by law unless such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory legal norms.
10.2. Eurosim Travel does not guarantee uninterrupted mobile service, error-free operation of the Website, compatibility of purchased services with the user’s equipment or software, or the achievement of any specific results or objectives when using the services.
11. Privacy
11.1. Matters related to personal data processing are governed by a separate Privacy Policy published on the Website.
11.2. These Terms and Conditions do not regulate personal data protection and do not replace the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia.
12.2. Disputes are resolved in accordance with Estonian law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a legally permissible provision that most closely matches its meaning. Such a replacement provision is considered effective from the moment the original provision was declared invalid.
